Last year we had a personal trainer offer a senior softball special for Feb and March.  For $25 total you can workout on Mon/Wed/ Fri at 6-7am at the indoor soccer complex on 20th st next door to Meeks Lumber.  Lots of stretching, playing catch and all around healthy excercise.  No sign ups just show up starting Wed Feb 1. ...
